ASSISTANT PROJECT ENGINEER
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Engineer. This role supports engineering project execution while ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate, compliant, and well-organized. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering operations and document control, contributing to project success through both technical and administrative expertise.
Main responsibilitiesProject Engineering Support:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Assist in vendor coordination.
Document Engineering & Control:
- Develop, manage, and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and internal quality systems.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution.
- Maintain digital and physical document archives.
- Adhoc support.
- Preferred Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Preferred 1–3 years of experience in project engineering or document control.
- Preferred Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD software, and document management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
