BUSINESS STRATEGY ANALYST IBERIA & LATAM
Reporting to the General Manager for Iberia & LATAM, this role will support the execution of regional strategic initiatives and business performance improvement efforts across these markets. The position offers high exposure to senior management and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, making it an excellent development opportunity for a high-potential professional early in their career.
Main responsibilities- Support the GM for Iberia & LATAM in understanding, shaping, and executing the regional strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and assist in the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
- Analyze regional operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Help align regional processes, resource planning, and departmental objectives with the overall strategy.
- Contribute analytical support during organizational or strategic changes at a regional level (e.g. shifts in focus, integrations, or acquisitions).
- Build forecasts and analytical models in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor and analyze regional industry trends and market developments alongside commercial and technical teams.
- Prepare strategy-related analyses and reports for regional management reviews.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and support adjustments when required.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Ideally, prior experience with one of the leading strategic consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of business operations and performance management.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Portuguese will be a plus.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis.
