SERVICE SALES ENGINEER

The position

Responsible for a portfolio of accounts and customers for the sale of services and equipment supplies from the service catalog according to a defined geographical area. In this case you will be responsible for the Thai market.

Main responsibilities
  • Manages the customer portfolio: smooth running of orders, maintenance and development of commercial relationships, ensures visits.
  • Ensures compliance with contractual clauses, the good quality of the service provided or the equipment sold and customer satisfaction.
  • Contributes to the growth of turnover in its sector by exploiting data from the installed base: implementation of framework contracts, retrofit proposals, training.
  • Develops commercial offers based on service FAE costings for complex consultations (retrofit, system replacement, etc.).
  • Performs costing for simple consultations (spare parts, training, etc.) in coordination with the service costing manager.
  • Ensures the updating of its pipeline: status of opportunities, customer accounts and all related parameters in the appropriate tools (CRM, S4H, TOL).
  • Takes part, with the Service sales manager, in the consolidation over 3 rolling months of the order intake forecast.
  • Distributes all required documents and information (OEF, customer order, offer, costing) to the ADV department for recording orders upon receipt.

 

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ideally Electrical, Electronical Engineer or similar.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in customer account management and technical sales activities.
  • Good knowledge of secure power supplies such as chargers and inverters.
  • Mastery of tools and information systems (CRM, costing tools, ERP).
  • Good level of English, read, written and spoken.
  • Full-time permanent contract.
  • Customer visits: 50 to 70% of the time.
